What this theme does not copy
The listing is modelled on mod_autoindex with FancyIndexing, HTMLTable and VersionSort, which is the Debian and Ubuntu default rather than the Apache default. The Apache default has no icons and no table at all.
Four deliberate departures:
Long names are truncated by the browser rather than by a NameWidth setting, because post titles are far longer than file names. On a narrow screen the date and description columns are hidden instead of forcing a horizontal scroll. Apache would simply let you scroll.
Every segment of the path heading is a link. Apache leaves the heading as plain text. Without this there is no way back to the top of a site, which matters more here than fidelity does.
Sorting is limited to Name and Last modified. Size is derived from the length of the post body and cannot be sorted in the database, so that heading is plain text.
The signature line reports the theme name and version where Apache reports the server and the operating system. The port is read from the site address rather than assumed.
